When will my Credit Card be Charged?

Payment is captured from your Credit Card once we have processed and packed your order. We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your order being dispatched. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.

When will my order be processed?

We will endeavour to process and dispatch orders the same working day if placed before 1pm, however we cannot guarantee this during busy periods. If this happens with your order, we will contact you with an update if the delay is going to be longer than 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or Bank Holidays will be processed on the first working day following.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free standard delivery to all mainland UK addresses (excluding the Highlands and Islands of Scotland) on orders over £75.00 (excluding VAT). Orders under the £75.00 (excluding VAT) threshold will be charged at £8.00 + vat. Highlands and Islands of Scotland ALL orders will be charged at £15.00 + vat. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes

Exceptions to “Free Standard Delivery”?

Over-Sized products or Over-Weight products will incur a shipping surcharge which will be shown at check-out, this will also be indicated on the product page.

How long will my delivery take?

Standard Delivery takes 2-3 days, Deliveries to UK addresses in surcharge zones, including the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and elsewhere usually take longer, typically up to 5-working days

Our couriers only deliver on working days, Monday to Friday anytime between 8am to 8pm.

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided.

Our courier will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery requiring signature. If your products remain undelivered despite our courier making at least 1 more attempt to deliver, the courier will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your products from their depot including a time limit for collection.

Can I get next day delivery?

At present we are not offering a Next-Day service but will in the future

Can I track my order?

To track your delivery, enter the tracking number which is provided in your confirmation shipping email into the couriers tracking system.

What if I experience delivery problems?

If you experience any problems with a delivery, please contact us using the contact details that we publish on our website.

If our courier is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our courier within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge).

Where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below:

  • you provided the wrong delivery address
  • there is a mistake in the address that was provided at time of order;
  • the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible
  • the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed
  • if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or
  • if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, we deliver to Northern Ireland. Prices start at £20.00 (excluding VAT)

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we provide delivery prices at the checkout for common European and International delivery destinations. At present we are unable to provide shipping estimates for every destination at the time of ordering.

Shipments sent outside of the UK are sold inclusive of VAT at 20% and may be subject to local import duties and taxes payable by the purchaser. Due to customs processing outside of our control delivery can take up to 28 days to arrive.

All applicable customs and import duties and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. We use a range of different courier services for both European and International shipping. Postage cost is calculated at the checkout, based on weight and size of your order.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We use DHL, DPD, FEDEX, and ROYAL MAIL to deliver our orders. Subject to your location and size of order will depend on which of these couriers will be used to ship your order. Confirmation of the courier will be shown on your shipping email.
