  • Product Condition - Please Read Carefully

    New and Unused (C)

“New and Unused” is a phrase used to describe goods that have never been used before and are in their original condition. These goods are often sold at full price and come with their original packaging and instructions.

    For example,

    1.    if you purchase a new pair of trousers, they will be in their original packaging with all tags attached. This means that the trousers are new and unused.

    Discontinued Product (E)

A “discontinued product” is a product that is no longer being produced or offered for general sale. This can happen for various reasons, such as low demand, high production costs, or the introduction of a newer version of the product. When a product is discontinued, it can still be made available for purchase until the existing stock runs out.

It’s important to note that a discontinued product is not a defective nor a damaged product. It simply means that the manufacturer has decided to stop producing or offering it for sale. These goods are sold at reduced prices to clear stock.
